Tickets for the 42nd Annual Battle Creek Community Prayer Breakfast are on sale. The event is scheduled for Thursday, May 16, 2024, at 7:25 am at the Kellogg Arena in downtown Battle Creek. Cost is $15 per person.

According to event publications, “Mike Singletary, legendary NFL player, Pro Football Hall of Fame member, and coach, will be the keynote speaker. As a member of the Super Bowl XX Champion Chicago Bears, Singletary was known as a tough middle linebacker. He was the Captain of the Greatest Defense in NFL history and named NFL ‘Man of the Year’. After making 10 pro-bowl appearances, Singletary, was head coach of the San Francisco 49ers, and linebacker coach with the Minnesota Vikings and Baltimore Ravens. An ordained minister and devout evangelical Christian, Singletary gives all the credit to God for his football career.”
